Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the bet4cuxi services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. By continuing with the registration process, you confirm that you meet all these requirements and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use this platform. Bet4cuxi reserves the right to request any age verification documents at any time, including a copy of your identity card or MyKad. If it is proven that an underage user has opened an account, all related balances and transactions will be cancelled without any compensation.

1.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual, IP address, mailing address, credit/debit card or device is only permitted to register and operate one (1) account. Receiving or misusing bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate closure of all related accounts
• Freezing and cancellation of all existing balances
• A permanent ban from re-registering
• Legal action if fraud is confirmed

1.3 Accurate Registration Information

Members are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including full name, mobile number, email and payment details. Any false or misleading information may result in account closure without notice.

1.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Bet4cuxi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Documents that may be requested include a copy of MyKad, proof of address, and bank or e-wallet statements. The withdrawal process may be delayed until verification is complete.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All promotions offered by bet4cuxi are subject to specific terms and rules set for each promotion. The conditions below are general rules that apply to all promotions, unless stated otherwise in the specific terms of the promotion concerned.

2.1 Welcome Bonus

New members who make their first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of 100% of the deposit value, up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received.

Second example: Deposit RM3,200 → bonus RM1,500 → account balance RM4,700 → total wagering required is RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000.

2.2 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion is for single use per member, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Bet4cuxi reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraud or misuse is suspected.

Active members can advance their membership level through the bet4cuxi VIP programme. There are five (5) VIP levels offering different weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP level advancement is based on member activity and loyalty. Bet4cuxi reserves the right to review, change or terminate the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at bet4cuxi are processed using payment methods officially supported by the platform. Members are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and belongs to them.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

Bet4cuxi supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Boost
• ShopeePay

3.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per withdrawal request.
